Mr. Rozanski was born in Ellwood City on June 1st, 1951 to the late Carl and Mary (Wojciechowicz) Rozanski. He had graduated from Riverside High School with the class of 1969 and from Beaver County Community College in 1971 earning an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Mechanics.
