Angelo S. Morini Jr., 81, of Ocala, Florida, (formerly of Ellwood City) passed away on Friday November 24, 2023. He was born on September 30, 1942 to the late Angelo Sr. and Lisa Ricciuti Morini. He is survived by his wife Marilyn Morini; three sons Matthew, Brian, and Jamie Morini, and two brothers Albert and Christopher Morini. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Mary Beth and his son Mark Angelo at birth, and also by his brother Ronald Morini. Mrs. Mary Prestopine, 98, formerly of Schill Manor in Ellwood City passed away on Thursday, November 30th, 2023 at Quality Life Services in New Castle. Mrs. Prestopine was born in Ellwood City on July 6th, 1925 to the late Antonio and Jennie (DeLoia) Pietrcollo. During World War II she worked at the Babcock & Wilcox Steel Mill and later at Romar Textiles in Ellport for 25 years as a seamstress. Michael P. Cornelius, 32, of Perry Township passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at his residence. Born December 4, 1990 in Beaver, he was the son of Charles S. Cornelius and Patricia Schlemmer Kaufman. Michael had graduated from Lawrence County Vo Tech in 2009. He worked as a machinist for Magee Plastics. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, Christian, athlete, educator, coach, mentor, and friend, Donald J. “Ducky” Costa, of Frankin Township,  passed peacefully to his eternal reward on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.
