Wayne Township 2026 Clean-Up Day Announced

Wayne Township residents are invited to participate in the annual clean-up day, which will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until Noon at the Wayne Township Municipal Building, located at 1418 Wampum Road, Ellwood City, PA 16117. This event is for Wayne Township residents only. Proof of residency is required. The cost to participate is $25.00 per load, with a $50.00 per-load fee for vehicles larger than a car or a regular pick-up truck. Each mattress will be $15.00. First United Methodist Church Hosting Rummage Sale May 1st & 2nd

The Ellwood City First United Methodist Church is hosting a two day rummage sale! The sale will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1st and Saturday, May 2nd at the church grounds at 416 Crescent Avenue, Ellwood City. The rummage sale will also feature baked goods and lunch sale. Proceeds from the sale will support the church Women’s Missions Work.
