William C. Chapman, 84, of Wayne Twp. passed away Sunday, February 23, 2025 at UPMC – Jameson Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born March 2, 1940 in New Castle, he was the son of the late Van and Vida Houk Chapman. William graduated from Shenango in 1958 and had retired from Calgon after 30 years of service as a chemical operator.
