Born December 9, 1946 in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Fred D. and Violet Arvada Dixon Leksell. Mary had graduated from culinary school and worked as a cook for many years in a number of restaurants in the area including the McDowell Hotel in Koppel. Sr. and Ida Thompson Fisher. He was married to Betty J. Chiez Fisher for over 52 years when she passed away in 2011. Donald had retired in 1985 from the U.S. Steel Ellwood Works for B&W Tubular Products Company after 25 years or service.
