Donald D. “Dindo” Statti Jr., 79, of Slippery Rock Twp. passed away Thursday, October 29, 2026 at the Vets MA in Oakland following a two month illness.
Born August 31, 1947 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Donald D. Sr. and Stella Baney Statti.
Dindo graduated from Riverside in 1967. A proud Army Veteran and recipient of the Purple Heart, he served with honor in Vietnam. He was affiliated with the Divine Grace Parish Holy Redeemer Church. An avid outdoorsman and lover of nature, he enjoyed hunting, riding his motorcycle, and traveling. He cherished moments with his family, especially with his niece and nephews.
Survivors include his beloved spouse of 12 years, Jamie Chandler; brother, William Bingle, Jr. of North Sewickley Twp, and his loving niece and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Robert Sr. and Frank Statti and his sister Cheryl Statti.
Blessing services will be conducted at St. Peter’s Mausoleum at the Holy Redeemer Cemetery on November 3, 2026 at 1:00 pm with burial to follow.
