Lois Jean Chappell, 95, of Wampum (formerly of Plant City, Fl.) passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023 at her daughter’s residence after a brief illness. Born July 21, 1928 in Harmony, she was the daughter of the late Lester L. and Dorothy Sheiver Wehr. She married Howard D. Chappell in 1947. They were married for 59 years when he passed away in 2006. Lois had graduated from Zelienople High School in 1946. She owned “Country Touches” in Wampum and Zelienople and also worked as a waitress at the Kaufman House in Zelienople. Angelo S. Morini Jr., 81, of Ocala, Florida, (formerly of Ellwood City) passed away on Friday November 24, 2023. He was born on September 30, 1942 to the late Angelo Sr. and Lisa Ricciuti Morini. He is survived by his wife Marilyn Morini; three sons Matthew, Brian, and Jamie Morini, and two brothers Albert and Christopher Morini.
