Dale E. Shaw, 97, of New Castle (formerly Ellwood City), passed away peacefully on Friday, August 23, 2024, at home with his family. Born April 22, 1927, in New Castle, Dale was the son of the late Frank M. and Bertha M. (Patterson) Shaw. He married the late Donna M. (Neuman) Shaw on July 21, 1950. They were married for 64 years until Donna’s passing on January 24, 2015. Dale was a veteran of the Army, serving in Manila between 1946 -1947.
