Mrs. Vincenzina “Vinnie” Flag (DeCaria) Minteer, 81, of Ellport passed away on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 at her daughters residence in Texas. Mrs. Minteer was born in Ellwood City on January 20th, 1944 to the late Vincent and Victoria (Garisto) DeCaria. She had graduated from Lincoln High School and is a member of the Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church. Douglas M. Burr, of Ellwood City passed away on December 8, 2025, at AHN-Wexford following a brief battle with cancer. He was born in Butler on October 14, 1965, to the late Edward and Blanche Eichenauer Burr. Doug graduated from Seneca Valley and worked at Gateway Recycling for 12 years. For 15 years he served as a Franklin Twp Volunteer Fireman. Doug was an avid fan of dirt track racing and was a valued member of the Shayne Izzo Motorsport Crew. Linda Lou Watson, 86, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2025, at Franciscan Manor in Patterson Township, PA. She was born on April 5, 1939, in Spartansburg, PA, to Jay Morton and Irene Stover Macy. She graduated Salutatorian from Spartanburg High School in 1957.
