Born October 4, 1942 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Charles L. and Augusta Mohr Hogue. She was married to Donald Cooper when he passed on March 25, 2017. Blaine was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan and fisherman, as well as being a member of the APA Pool League. He loved the company of his family and friends.
