Summer is just around the corner and the real estate market is heating up!

According to Redfin.com, and over the three months ending April 2026, Lawrence County home prices were up 26.7% compared to the same period last year, selling for a median price of $170,000. The median sale price per square foot in Lawrence County is $120, up 42.9% since last year.

More specifically, the Ellwood City housing market continues to remain somewhat competitive. The median sale price of a home in Ellwood City was $178,000 last month, up 25.2% since last year at the same time. The median sale price per square foot in Ellwood City is $113, down 4.2% since last year.
