Romance was in the air in February. Many fell in love with a new home and made a move.

According to RocketHomes.com, homes in Lawrence County sold in February 2023 for 7.4% more than they did a year ago and, more specifically, homes in Ellwood City have sold for 2.1% more than they did last February.
