Real Estate Transfers For June 2026

June brought us the first day of summer – June 21st – the astronomical start of summer and the longest day of the year.  Warmer temperatures finally arrived late in the month and the market also heated up..

According to Redfin.com, over the three months ending May, Lawrence County home prices were up 49.6% compared to the same period last year, selling for a median price of $209,000. More specifically, the Ellwood City housing market is somewhat competitive with the median sale price of a home in Ellwood City was $174,000 over the last three months, up 19.9% since the same period last year. The median sale price per square foot in Ellwood City is $116, down 22.1% since last year at the same time.
