Born February 12, 1947 in San Juan, Puerto Rico he was the son of the late Francisco Sr. and Dolores Cuba Zayas. He and Jan Dargis Zayas were married in Jamaica 16 years ago. Joyce E. Bucci, 83, of Ellport, passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at UPMC Shadyside. Born in Ellwood City on January 3, 1938, Joyce was the daughter of the late Edward and Ada McCoy Boots, Sr.  Joyce was a very active member of the First Church of God in Ellwood City.  She worked at Fotia Brothers and later retired as a bus driver for First Student, where she drove for the Riverside School District.  Joyce had volunteered as a driver for Meals on Wheels.
