Raymond C. Witherow, 94 of Northview Estates passed away on Monday, August 2, 2021 at his residence. Born in Ellwood City on August 16, 1926, Raymond was the son of the late Clair and Lillian Cotherman Witherow.  He is survived by his wife, Elvie “Jeannette” Garmon whom he married on July 4, 1947.  Raymond was a WWII Air Force Veteran.  He retired from Billco Manufacturing, Inc. in Zelienople where he was a buyer.  Raymond attended Lillyville Church of God.  He enjoyed acrylic painting and was a member and past master of the Ellwood City Masonic Lodge and a member of…

Robert J. Cosgrove, 57, of Enon Valley passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 30, 2021. Born June 8, 1964 in New Castle, he was the “perfect” son of the late James and Arlene P. Reichert Cosgrove.
