William J. Dallies, Jr, 69

William J. Dallies, Jr., 69, of Ellwood City, passed away with his wife and daughter by his side. He was the son of the late William and Hazel (Moore) Dallies and was a born February 1, 1954.

He is survived by his loving wife: Linda McKeough Dallies of Ellwood City, daughter; Kristin Dallies Custer and Ben Agey of Ellwood City, grandchildren; Darius Custer, Avalise Custer, Bradley Custer, his siblings; Nancy Johnson and her husband Les, Debbie Dallies, Deanna Myers and her husband William, Brenda Dallies, Peggy Baldwin and her husband Jeff, Ronald Dallies and his wife Beverly, and his special nephew, Tom McKeough and niece Ashley Freed along with many other nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, and of course his loving pups Muf and Nala. Bill was born and raised in Ellwood City. He was a proud veteran of the US Navy. He married the love of his life, Linda McKeough on June 19, 1976, and they were married 47 years. Bill was a long-time member of Union Goodwill Community Church where he was very active in every aspect of his beloved church. Bill loved going to car cruises with his best bud, Bill Magill and partaking of a hot sausage sandwich was always a must. Bill loved and collected classic cars including a 1957 Chevy Bel Air, 1966 Ford Galaxy Convertible, and a 1977 Chevy Corvette. Bill was a supportive dad and Poppy, never missing important events. He loved going to Walt Disney World with his family and all the family went every two years. Bill was a loving husband, dad, Poppy, brother, uncle, and a wonderful man, who never met a stranger.

He is preceded in death by one sister; Barbara Arkwright and a brother Edward Dallies

Friends may call on the family on Sunday, April 2, 2023, for a Memorial Visitation at Union Goodwill Community Church located at 350 East Street in Ellport, from 3:00pm-4:00pm. Military Honors will be given by the Veteran’s Honor Guard at 4:00pm, with a Celebration of Bill’s life beginning at 4:00pm, with Pastor Paul Moore, officiating.
