The November Soup “Quarts To-Go” at Wurtemburg United Methodist Church will be Saturday, November 14 with serving hours from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (or until sold out.) BC3 Bound to Highlight Lawrence Crossing’s Advantages

Cambridge Pointe Personal Care Home held its 1st Annual “Scarecrow Decorating Contest” this week. Local businesses participated in the contest and provided seven “Spooktacular” scarecrows that were put on display at Cambridge Pointe for the residents to enjoy.  Voting took place and the winning scarecrow was scarecrow decorated by Grane Hospice. New Castle Man Arrested In Child-Trafficking Sting Operation

A 33-year-old New Castle man is among several arrested this week in what Ohio law enforcement officials are calling “the largest anti-human trafficking bust” in state history. Jarod Mills, 33, of New Castle, is charged with felony attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, felony importuning or soliciting of an adolescent, felony possessing criminal tools, and felony displaying matter harmful to juveniles. Bernstine to Host Shredding Event On October 31

BC3 To Begin Spring Semester With Remote, Online Formats for 3 Weeks

(Butler, PA) All Butler County Community College credit courses opening the spring 2021 semester will be delivered by remote or online instruction through Feb. 8 as a precaution with regard to possible changing transmission levels of COVID-19 during the traditional flu season. BC3’s 15-week Session 1 begins Jan. 19. After three weeks, Session 1 courses will transition to their scheduled format. Scheduled formats include face-to-face, blended and hybrid, or the continuation of remote or online instruction.
