Activities taking place at the Ellwood City Area Public Library include the following: Tuesday, March 8, at 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. — “Family Laptime,” an interactive story time for babies as young as 6 months old as well as for toddlers and preschoolers. If you’re a foster or adoptive parent/guardian, come join us on Sunday’s from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Fountain First Baptist Church. Sanctuary Jazz Band to Perform at Wurtemburg Presbyterian Church

The Sanctuary Jazz Band will be in concert from 7 to 9 p.m. Feb. 27 at Wurtemburg Presbyterian Church’s fellowship hall, 291 Wurtemburg Road, Wayne Township. The performance will be open to the public. A goodwill offering will be accepted to benefit the Carpenter’s Project.

17th Annual Mr. Lincoln Pageant

The 17th Annual Mr. Lincoln Pageant will take place in the Leslie Sabo Auditorium this Sunday, Feb. 28 at 3 p.m. Admission is only $5, and tickets can be bought at the door or in advance from any Mr. Lincoln contestant. This years participants are: Brian Hudson, Nicholas Fleeson, Devin Cortez, Dominic Nocera, Hunter Bailey, Scott Miller, Norman Ballard, Vincent Romanio, Shawn Brown and Corey Hobbs.
