Mayor Anthony J. Court proclaimed Saturday, April 29, 2023 as Louise Carroll day in Ellwood City. The mayor, along with Council President George Celli, presented a proclamation in her honor celebrating her 90th Birthday. Louise is a prominent writer for the Ellwood City Ledger that highlights different citizens of our community. Mayor Court Presents Yellow Ribbon Girls With Proclamation

Mayor Anthony J. Court presented the Yellow Ribbons Girls with a proclamation recognizing 20 years of commitment and dedication to our troops. Yellow Ribbon Girls is a faith based group of local volunteers. Mayor Anthony J. Court presents a proclamation to Eric Rayner for his volunteer work in Ellwood City. Rayner has raised over $11,230.00 to continue the tradition of the Ellwood City festival fireworks through various fundraisers in the community including band bash events.
