Mayor Anthony J. Court proclaimed Saturday, April 29, 2023 as Louise Carroll day in Ellwood City.
The mayor, along with Council President George Celli, presented a proclamation in her honor celebrating her 90th Birthday.
Louise is a prominent writer for the Ellwood City Ledger that highlights different citizens of our community.
Mayor Court stated, “Louise Carroll is an icon in our community and we as a community are proud of her accomplishments.”
