Mayor Court Presents Proclamation To Eric Rayner

Mayor Anthony J. Court presents a proclamation to Eric Rayner for his volunteer work in Ellwood City.

Rayner has raised over $11,230.00 to continue the tradition of the Ellwood City festival fireworks through various fundraisers in the community including band bash events. The 2021 Ellwood City Fall Band Bash is scheduled in October.

Mr. Rayner is now in the Ellwood City Arts, Crafts, and Food Festival Hall of Fame. Rayner was nominated in 2019.

“We, as a community, are proud and honored to have Eric Rayner as part of our community and beyond thankful for him saving the tradition of the festival fireworks,” says Mayor Court. “Along with the Borough of Ellwood City, we express our sincere appreciation for Eric Rayner’s dedication and commitment to bettering our Community.”

In 2019, Mayor Court declared that June 30th, as “Eric Rayner Day” in Ellwood City.
