Born on December 31, 1935, in the same hometown she adored, Betty’s life was one marked by dedication-to her country, her career, and most importantly, her family. Betty answered the call of duty and served honorably in the United States Navy from 1955 to 1958 at Corona Naval Station in California. Born January 23, 1942 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Charles F. and Kathryn Cole Hall. William graduated from Lincoln High School.
