David L. Cunningham, 74, of Ellport passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at the Butler Memorial Hospital. Although in ill health, death was unexpected. Born June 2, 1949 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Raymond G. and Carmel Prestia Cunningham. For many years, David worked at the Butler Memorial Hospital as a physical therapy assistant.
