Carol Anne Coulter, 70, of North Beaver Township passed away Sunday, September 22, 2024 at her residence. Born July 24, 1954 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late John and Anne Stolitca Midzie. Carol graduated from New Castle Vo-Tech and worked as a financial secretary and notary for North City Motors and Velocity Magnetics. She loved animals, especially horses and cats. Her most cherished time was with her family. Ralph D. “Boogie” Bognoski, 80, of Chewton passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at his residence following a short illness. Born October 10, 1943 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Chester and Monica Powell Bognoski. He was married to Linda Rambo Bognoski. Boogie graduated from Lincoln in 1962. Following graduation, he served as a member of the National Guard. He worked as a machine operator for 22 years at B&W before continuing his career at Koppel Steel where he ultimately retired in 2006.
