He was the son of the late John, Jr and Margaret (Nagel) Keul and was born January 9, 1930, in Mount Oliver, Pittsburgh. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Marie Chrobak Keul, his daughter; Jean Marie K. He was born in Ellwood City on March 18, 1945, son of the late Blain W. Magill, Sr., and Kathryn Geneva (Smith) Daufen. Bill served as a Corporal in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era.
