Elizabeth “Betty” Hulick, 92, of Ellwood City, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023 at Trinity Oaks. Born in West Aliquippa on May 3, 1931, Betty was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Palazzi Lise. Betty married her beloved husband, George “Skip” Hulick on May 8, 1954 and they enjoyed fifty-eight years together until he preceded her in death in January of 2013. Born June 10, 1941 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Ada Wilson Doak. She was married to Ronald E. Welsh for 63 years as they were married June 18, 1959. He survives.
