He had attended Mohawk High School and graduated from Lawrence County Vo-Tech where he studied auto body repair. Recently he had worked for NVR Building Products in Darlington. Kathy Watterson Sapp, 68, of Ellwood City passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2023 following a courageous battle with cancer. Born July 8, 1954 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Audrey Glitch Watterson. She was married to Jack Sapp on October 24, 1986. Kathy had graduated from Lincoln High School. Following high school, she worked at Romar Textile and the Ellwood Knitting Mill. Sarah “Sally” Elizabeth Straw, 93, formerly of Ellwood City, passed away at the River City Rehabilitation Center in Jacksonville, FL on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Rodnie R. Tedrow, 74, of Wampum, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023 at Edison Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in New Castle. Born October 27, 1972 in McKeesport, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert Lewis and Marianne Connolly Cisler. She was married to Kirtis W. Grimm.
