Nancy M. Pellicano,  77,  of Freedom,  formerly  of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, on Sunday afternoon, May  5 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospice at Heritage  Valley Beaver. She was born in Farrell PA,  on May 10, 1941, to the late  Anthony  and Josephine Cara Chiurazzi. Nancy graduated from  Farrell  High School. Her family was her pride and joy. She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her husband, Benjamin R. Pellicano, who died February 21 2016. Ann (Fox) Tweddell, 38, of Ellwood City passed away Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Heritage Valley Medical Center in Beaver following a courageous battle with cancer. Born October 11, 1980 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of Gary and Lisa (Kimpel) Fox of Ellwood City. She was married to Joseph Tweddell for 15 years. They all survive. Ann graduated from Lincoln High School in 1999. She also graduated from Geneva College with an Engineering Degree. She formerly worked as a Nuclear Engineer at the Beaver Valley Power Station. Helen Marie (Barberio) Lippert, 73, of Ellwood City passed away unexpectedly Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Allegheny General Hospital. Born November 22, 1945 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late George T. and Abigail Margaret (Hughes) Barberio. For over 20 years, Helen owned and operated the Doll House Beauty Salon then managed the kitchen at McDowell’s Hotel in Koppel. She was very active with Ellwood Girls Softball and instrumental in forming the 13-15 year old league. Her most cherished time was spent with family and she loved being a grandmother. Margaret Jane Wilson, 75, of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 2, 2019, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born in Ellwood City on April 21 1944, to the late Robert C. “Red” and Hilda M, Zikeli Wilson. Jane graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City, class of 1962, and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Carol (and W. Mrs. Niccole D. Fotia, 48, of Ellwood City passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at the West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh. Mrs. Fotia was born on March 15, 1971, in New Castle to Louis and Bonnie (Duda) Gentsy of New Castle. She is a member of the Shenango High School class of 1989. Mrs. Carol Ritorto, 62, of Ellport passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, at the Allegheny General Hospital. Carol was born on May 25, 1956, in Ellwood City to the late Thomas and Nancy (Zduniak) Rugh.
