Judy L. McDowell, 74, of Ellwood City passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021 at her residence. Death was unexpected. Born March 9, 1946 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Ken and Dorothy Parker McDowell. Judy was a project manager for Lockheed Martin in California for over 20 years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crafting and scrap booking. She loved her dogs. Josephine Jane Marshall, 92, of Koppel passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 at Paramount Senior Living in Mars following a lengthy illness. Born July 4, 1928 in Beaver Falls, PA, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Nellie Gonyeau Ludwig. She was married to the late William Edward Marshall who passed on June 4, 2008. She was an active member of the Koppel Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary and the Bell Memorial Church in Ellwood City. B.Wayne Jacobs, Jr., 80, of Wayne Township passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 in the emergency department at UPMC Jameson Hospital. Mr. Jacobs was born on a Friday, October 4, 1940 in Jefferson County, Ohio and often teased all the best people were born in October. Daughter of the late Domenico and Nancy Diserio D’Aloiso. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1948, and attended Long Beach Community College (California). Paul G. Dici, 89, of Ellwood City, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 in the Butler Health System. Born in Ellwood City on May 3, 1931, Paul was the son of the late Peter and Anna Spehar Dici.  He married the former Patricia Bradcovich on February 3, 1996 and she preceded him in death on May 1, 2020.  Paul was a graduate of Lincoln High School, Geneva College and Buffalo University.  Paul was a teacher and he retired from the Midwestern Intermediate Unit.  He was a member of Holy Redeemer Parish and the Ellwood City Historical Society.  A Veteran…
