Stephanie R. Barber, 48, Edinburg passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2020 unexpectedly at her residence. Born July 18, 1971 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of Cherin R. Foreman Small . She was a graduate of Lawrence County Vo-Tech and the Butler County Community College with a degree in accounting. A dedicated mother, she especially enjoyed attending her sons activities. Mrs. Connie M. Henry, 90, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at the Quality of Life nursing home in New Castle. Mrs. Henry was born on November 4, 1929 in Koppel to the late Joseph and Theresa (Pisani) Primerano. Connie had worked as a meat packer for a local grocery store in Beaver Falls. She was Catholic by faith. She enjoyed playing bingo, cooking, traveling, raising homing pigeons along with her husband, and most of all spending time with her family and friends. Cosmo Conforti, 94, peacefully passed away at his home surrounded by family Monday, April 27, 2020. Cosmo was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was the perfect example of a strong patriarch for his family, a pillar of his community, and man of God. Helen McElwain, beloved wife of the late Harold L. McElwain passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 24, 2020. Helen was born on June 14, 1921 in Philadelphia, the daughter of Francis J. and Gertrude Cahill Cavanaugh. Helen and Harold met while he was stationed in Philadelphia during WWII. Margaret “Peggy” Anne Karner of Wampum passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at the age of 86. Born September 23, 1933 to John and Margaret Karner, she lived most of her life in Wampum, residing most recently at Carriage Manor in New Castle.
