Mr. Louise R. “Tubby” Rozzi, Jr., 82, of Ellwood City passed away peacefully in the home he shared with his son on Wednesday, February 8th, 2023. Tubby was born on July 2nd, 1940 to the late Louis R. and Francis (Mingione) Rozzi. He was a Lincoln High School 1958 graduate and then he served 2 years in the U.S. Navy. Richard E. “Rick” Higley, 68, of Wayne Township, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023 at UPMC Passavant.
