Robert L. Plavecsky, 74, of Ellwood City passed away on Monday, November 3, 2025 after a short illness. Bob was born in Ellwood City on August 14, 1951 to the late Louis and Ann (Mottillo) Plavecsky. He was a member of Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church. Bob graduated from Brunnerdale Seminary, class of 1969, Gannon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and Akron University with a Masters Degree in Urban Studies.
