Mr. Andrew G. Tomei Sr., 86, of Ellwood City passed away on Saturday, November 22nd, 2025 at the UPMC Jameson Hospital. Andrew was born on November 23rd, 1938 in New Brighton to the late Adolph “Red” and Barbara (Skupnik) Tomei. He served in the United States Navy and was a member of Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church, where he was an usher for many years. Andrew was the Ellwood City dog catcher for 18 years, worked for the Ellwood City Borough Street Department for 27 years, and allied auto for 12 years. Beth Izzo, 65, of Ellwood City passed away Saturday, November 15, 2025, at UPMC Passavant-McCandless following a year and a half long illness. Born May 5, 1960, in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence “Pick” and Shirley Wimer McNany. Beth graduated from Lincoln High School in 1978 and spent many years working as a bartender at the Hazel Manor.
