Frank was born in Pittsburgh on October 3, 1945 to the late Nicholas and Catherine Krivoniak Spirk. He married the former Hazel Hedglin who survives at home. They were married 31 years. Frank worked in maintenance at the former St. Francis Hospital for 30 years. He was a devoted and active member of the Maitland Lane Free Methodist Church. He was born near  New Castle   on October 6 1926 to the late  William Lesnett and the late Jane Lesnett Kellam.  He was raised by his stepfather, the late Harry Kellam.
