Richard G. Loccisano, 84, of Ellwood City, passed away in the ER of the Ellwood City Medical Center on Saturday July 28, 2018. Samuel J. Dicianno, 77, of Wampum passed away at the VA Community Center in Butler on Sunday, July 22, 2018. Thomas P. Shaffer, 85 of Ellwood City passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 7:27 AM in Butler Township. John A. Folino, 90, of Ellwood City, passed away in his residence on the morning of Wednesday, June 6, 2018.
