Paul Scott “Scooter” Hays, 53, of Ellwood City, passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Heritage Valley Beaver. Anna Sheeler, 97, of Ellport, passed away at Beaver Valley Health and Rehab Center on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 3:00 PM. Born in Ellport on April 7, 1921, Anna was the daughter of the late Gabriel Harry and Antonia “Baba” Repela Kiddon.  Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H.
