Shirley J. Smith, 69, of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully and went to be with her Lord on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Brighton Township. Born in Ellwood City on July 27, 1949, Shirley was the daughter of the late Harry and Irene “Tootie” Shoaf Gahagan.  Shirley married Raymond D.
