Lynn C. Stelter, 68, of Turkey Hill Rd., Wampum (Shenango Twp.) passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Born April 15, 1948 in New Castle, he was the son of the late Walter L. and Margaret L. Harper Stelter. He was married for 48 years to Nancy Wojnar Stelter who survives.
