Born June 8, 1924 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Joseph “Curly” and Minnie Flowers Venezie. She was married on October 19, 1952 to Michael Vignovich who passed away in 2012. Born October 3, 1920 in Wampum, she was the daughter of the late Charles Herman and Nina James Hall. She was married in April of 1942 to Leroy S. Parker who passed away in 1971. Born December 15, 1942 in Castlewood, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Ellen Williams Walton. Betty worked for the United States Postal Service for 25 years, retiring as the Postmaster of Austin, PA.
