Born February 16, 1947 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Henry Arsene and Irene Burke LeRoy. He was married to Darla J. Rough LeRoy who survives. Henry was a truck driver for many years. He was an expert auto repairman. He was into classic cars, especially, “Nova’s”. Henry enjoyed fishing and was an avid Pittsburgh Sports Fan. Kevin “Scott” Brown, 57, of Franklin Twp. died Monday, July 11, 2016. He passed at Allegheny General Hospital surrounded by the presence and words of his entire family. He stubbornly fought a battle with cancer for 4 1/2 years, appearing superhuman these past six months. Born July 27, 1915 in Koppel, he was the son of the late William and Nettie Herman Hall. He was married 46 years to Virginia Brooks Hall as they were married on March 23, 1937.
