Born March 9, 1923 in Wampum, he was the son of the late William A. and Icle Vogel Brown. He was married for 61 years to Evelyn M. Swogger Brown who passed away September 27, 2006. Dale graduated from Wampum High School in 1941. He proudly served in the Army during WWII. Russell A. Carr, 60, of Wampum passed away Friday, September 30, 2016 at the VNA Hospice in Butler following a short but courageous battle with cancer. Born January 7, 1956 in New Brighton, he was the son of the late Vincent and Donna J. Moore Carr. Russell graduated in 1974 from VoTech HIgh School.
