The Wayne Township Tax Collector has announced additional hours during a “Discount Period” for Wayne Township residents to pay their property taxes. During the Discount Period only, Wayne Township Tax Office will have extended hours for ‘in-person payment’. Wayne Township Announces Its “Clean Up Day”

Wayne Township has announced its annual clean up day. The township clean up day will take place on Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. until noon at the municipal building located at 1418 Wampum Road, Ellwood City, PA 16117. The cost is $10.00 per pickup truck load. Proof of residency, such as a driver’s license, is required. To mitigate the COVID-19 spread, the Wayne Township Supervisor meeting, scheduled for Thursday April 2, 2020 has been modified to transact essential business only. Route 288 Bridge Replacement Project Progress

With many focused on the pending status and re-opening of the Koppel Bridge, another local bridge replacement is taking place in Wayne Township and will have forthcoming lane restrictions and brief detour later this month. A Wayne Township Consolidated School Reunion has been planned and is set to take place on Saturday, September 21, 2019.
