Wayne Township will be conducting an annual fall clean up Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 8:00am until noon. A proof of residency will be required to participate. There is a $10.00 charge per pickup truckload.
The drop off location is the Wayne Township Building, located at 1418 Wampum Road, Ellwood City, PA 16117
Information for new residents or new participants to this service for taxpayers: A resident may fill a pickup truck with unwanted items (see exceptions below) and drive to the township building and follow instructions. The process is to enter the first driveway to pay the load fee, then circle the building to the dumpsters where volunteers will assist in unloading the vehicle. Exit the 2nd driveway and do it again if necessary.
Residents may fill a pickup truck with unwanted items, however items such as: freon, paint, tires, or electronics i.e.; televisions-monitors-computers will not be accepted.
Along with other materials, 2 mattresses will be accepted with a $5.00 fee per additional mattress. Batteries are accepted.
