Portersville Christian School Fine Arts Committee Announces Fall Production

Portersville, PA….The Fine Arts Committee of Portersville Christian School (PCS) announces that An Evening of SIGHTS & SOUNDS will be staged Friday, November 9, and Saturday, November 10, at 7 PM, at the school, 343 East Portersville Road/Rt. 488 East, Portersville PA 16051. An Evening of SIGHTS & SOUNDS is a showcase of the arts and student performance. Three Ellwood Students To Perform in “Fiddler on the Roof”

PORTERSVILLE, PA — Several area students will carry on the musical tradition of “Fiddler on the Roof” at 7 p.m. April 26-28 at Portersville Christian School. Performers from Ellwood City are Danny Schlachter, Kaylin Kingston and Faith Patterson. New Castle area participants include Aubrey Hollerman, Josh Rupert, Aidan Ramsey, Ben Hurta and Christian Cater. Leah Hoffer of Beaver Falls also appears in the show while Julia Mangiapane of Fombell serves on the stage crew. Meet the Cast Part 1: Little Woman

Lincoln High School will be performing the classic tale, Little Woman as their musical this year. According to Laura Adam, the Musical Director, the musical will showcase the talent of the students who have dedicated a lot of time and energy to their roles. “We start a workshop in June with 3-4 different shows and choose the one that best suits the students.
