Ellwood City Area School District to Stage Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory

Next up on stage at Lincoln High School is Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory is a musical based on the 1971 American musical fantasy film starring Gene Wilder. It is an adaptation of the 1964 novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl. The film tells the story of a poor child named Charlie Bucket who, after finding a Golden Ticket in a chocolate bar, visits Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory along with four other children, Augustus Gloop, Violet Beauregarde, Veruca Salt and Mike Teavee. When these four children get to the factory, we see how spoiled and demanding they truly are….

Saint Vincent College Players Present ‘CLUE: On Stage!’ October 29-31

LATROBE, PA – The Saint Vincent College Players will present three performances of the comedy, “Clue: On Stage!” at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 29, Saturday, Oct. 30 and a 2 p.m. matinee on Sunday, Oct. 31, in the Performing Arts Center of the Robert S. Portersville Christian School Announces Spring Musical

Portersville Christian School has announced its spring musical. The school will be performing the classic musical You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown later this month. Show dates are Friday, April 30th and Saturday, May 1st 7:00 p.m. Due to pandemic restrictions, seating is limited only to families, but the school is offering a virtual showing both evenings. The Ellwood City Area School District will proudly stage its annual musical next month. The school is presenting “Shrek The Musical” with a cast of over 75 high-school students and children bringing the fairy tale characters to life.
