The Ellwood City Community Garden is a collaborative project between the Borough of Ellwood City, the local food bank, and many community volunteers and local businesses. The garden is composed of raised beds, each planted, tended to, and harvested by volunteers from our community. Borough Of Ellwood City Announces Utility Account Budget Payment Plan

In a press release made available by the borough on Monday, the Ellwood City Borough Council has adopted a Utility Account Budget Plan. Ellwood City Borough Council adopted Resolution #2004-4 approving a budget payment plan for utility accounts under the following provisions: Customers may complete the application form provided by the Borough during the annual open enrollment period from the third Monday in March through the third Friday in April. Borough Notifies Residents Of No Late Fees, Shut-Offs On Recent Electric Billing

In a statement made available on the borough website and social media this week, the Borough of Ellwood City is notifying its residents there will be no shut offs this month and all late fees will be waived due to system issues. The Borough of Ellwood City has announced its annual fall clean up event scheduled next month. The Fall Clean Up event is scheduled for Saturday, October 19, 2024 and will take place from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The drop off location is the parking lot at 1210 Factory Avenue in Ellwood City, just west of Adams Manufacturing Building #4 and prior to the Moose Lodge (same location as 2023). Mayor Anthony J. Court and the Borough of Ellwood City has decided to change Trick or Treat night from previous years.
