HIT & RUN: PA State Police responded to a report of a hit/run crash on April 8th at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Wurtemburg Road, Wayne Township. According to the police report, the complainant claimed that he observed fresh damage to the property owner’s yard and a damaged/dirt covered vehicle, a 2000 Jaguar S-Type, in a nearby church parking lot. Upon arrival to the scene, contact was made with the owner of the vehicle who was currently attempting to have the vehicle towed. AGGRAVATED ASSAULT W/ DEADLY WEAPON: On April 1st, Chippewa Police responded to Blackhawk Road, Chippewa Township, Beaver County for a shots fired call. Upon arrival, at approximately 4:30 p.m., it was determined that known juvenile, of Darlington, fired multiple shots at two male victims while they were in the parking lot of the business on Blackhawk Road. One of the rounds fired by the known juvenile struck an occupied structure. The police asked PA State Police to assume responsibility of the investigation. No injuries were reported. According to a criminal complaint, at approximately 8:45 p.m. an anonymous caller reported a suspicious male in the area of Sixth Street and Bell Avenue in Ellwood City, walking over the roadway while screaming. According to the criminal complaint, at appropriately 11:00 a.m. police were advised the Ellwood City Sewer department was broke into over the weekend. FORMER ELLWOOD CITY MAN CHARGED WITH WITNESS RETALIATION: A former Ellwood City man who is serving a federal prison sentence has been indicted by a federal grand jury for witness retaliation, United States Attorney Cindy K. TERRORISTIC THREATS: On February 12 at approximately 11:35 a.m. PSP New Castle was dispatched to a domestic in progress on State Line Road, Enon Valley, Lawrence County. According to the report, it was found that a Kenneth Borer, 33, of Enon Valley, had threatened a 32-year-old female victim with a gun and also punched her in the face multiple times. According to a criminal complaint, and at approximately 2:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to a residence on Spring Avenue for a domestic. Police were met outside by a female victim who related that Kinnear had became angry and accosted the victim resulting in marks and bruising.
