POLICE: Weekly Police Blotter

FALSE IDENTIFICATION:
Dakota Hincherberg, 29, Ellwood City, is charged with False Identification To Law Enforcement after an incident on March 24th. According to a criminal complaint, at approximately 8:45 p.m. an anonymous caller reported a suspicious male in the area of Sixth Street and Bell Avenue in Ellwood City, walking over the roadway while screaming. Police investigated the area with negative results. Later, at approximately 9:13 p.m., the same caller reported the same male in the area of Seventh Street. Police again responded and located Hincherberg whom possibly had an active warrant for his arrest. Police observed Hincherberg to be under the influence in public and provided false identification to police including a false name and date of birth. Upon research, police learned Hincherberg has an active arrest warrant out of Butler County and police took him into custody at approximately 8:20 a.m. on March 25th.

FALSE REPORTS:
William Balin, 32, of Ellwood City, is charged with submitting a false report to law enforcement after an incident on February 28th. According to the criminal complaint, Balin came to police to report his credit card was lost and someone had been using the card, making withdraws from local ATMs. Balin stated he lost a total of around $5,130.00 in withdraws and fees. Officers told Balin that they would investigate the matter. Officers were able to review ATM footage from WesBanco and an actor using the ATM had an ACE bandage wrapped around his face. The actor left parts of his face uncovered and Officers were able to identify the actor as Balin. The actor in the footage had a black coat on that matched the same coat that Balin had on when he came to police to report the fraud.



ASSAULT:
George Feezle III, 46, of Enon Valley, is charged with Assault after an incident on January 15th. According to the report, and at approximately 10:30 p.m., New Castle State Police responded to a report of a domestic altercation at a residence on Old Enon Unity Road in Lawrence County. Upon investigation, it was determined that Feezle engaged into an argument with the 40-year-old female victim that escalated into physical violence. Feezle fled the scene and an arrest warrant was issued for Feezle. Feezle is charged with two counts of simple assault, terroristic threats, reckless endangering another person, criminal mischief and harassment.

DUI:
Juleeann Viggiano, 19, of New Castle, is charged with DUI after a traffic stop on January 1st at approximately 2:00 a.m. New Castle State Police observed a 2015 Buick Lacrosse driving over lane designators and initiated the traffic stop on US-422 in Mahoning Township, Lawrence County. The operator of the vehicle, Viggiano, displayed indicators of impairment and was subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. Additionally, Viggiano was found to be in possession of a counterfeit PA driver’s license.
