Marc A. Shoaf, 32, of Ellwood City passed away Sunday, November 5, 2023 at his residence. Born December 14, 1990 in Ellwood City, he was the son of Marc D. Shoaf and April Donofrio. Marc graduated from Lincoln in 2009. During high school he played on the Football Team. After high school, he attended Vo Tech where he graduated with a nursing degree in 2013. He played darts for the Oak Grove and enjoyed camping, fishing, and football, especially the Steelers. Survivors include his father Marc D. Mrs. Kim E. Gorgas, 71, of New Castle passed away on Saturday. November 4th, 2023 at the UPMC Jameson Hospital. Kim was born on February 13th, 1952 in Ellwood City, to the late Lee E. and Dorothy (Zimmerman) Koah. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1970 and went on to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. Kim worked for a few hospitals in the area including, Ellwood, Hillview Manor, and The Haven Convalescent Home. She was a member of the Ellport Presbyterian Church. Gary D. Hart, 78, of Fombell passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 at Good Samaritan Hospice following an extended illness. Born August 1, 1945 in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late Leroy Samuel and Lois E. Palmer Hart. Gary graduated from Riverside in 1964.
