Plansker Roth of Moore Haven, Fla. Jenna was a teachers aid for Hendry County School District Middle School and was a member of Holy Redeemer Church in Ellwood City. Larry O. Fisher, 75, of Wampum died on Friday, June 3, 2016 at his residence following a brief illness. Born September 11, 1940 in Moundsville, WV, he was the son of the late Thomas Clinton and Flossie Virginia Hinnerman Fisher . He was married to Jackie Nativio Fisher on March 23, 2009. She survives. Larry worked and retired from both B&W and PennPower. He also formerly was employed at Sears, and currently worked at PTC Alliance in West Mayfield. George Robert “Bob”  Gilchrist, 92, of Venice Florida, formerly of Ellwood City, passed  away peacefully on  Thursday afternoon, June 2,  2016 at The Summit Assisted Living Center in Venice FL. He was born in Ellwood City on June 21 1923 to the late  Russell T. William D. Welsh, 84, of Shenango Rd. Big Beaver Boro passed away Thursday, June 2, at his residence. Born in Negley, Ohio on April 6, 1932 to the late David G. and Lenore M. Dyke Welsh. He was married to the former Patty J. Crees for 64 years, as they were married on December 29, 1951. She survives. Bill was an active member of the Pathway Church. Ann L. Patrizio, 94, of Ellwood City passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 in the Ellwood City Hospital. Ann was born on July 20, 1921 in West Pittsburgh to the late John and Anna Sinkovitch Winter. Ann graduated from New Castle High School with the class of 1939. During World War II, Ann worked at the U.S. Steel Tube Mill, and later at Shenango Pottery. Rita M. Scopellite, 97, formerly of Ellwood City passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at her home in Huntington Beach, Calif. Rita was born on Feb. 3, 1919 in Pittsburgh to the late Sam and Theresa DelGaudio Botte. She was raised in Koppel, Pa. and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1936. Jeffrey S. Johnson, 58, of West Pittsburg passed away at his home on May 25, 2016, following his courageous battle with cancer. Patrick M. Moran, 81, of Fombell passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2016 in his residence. Mr. Moran was born on May 22, 1935 in Franklin Twp. to the late Thomas J. and Anna Catherine Roth Moran. Patrick had worked at the Babcock & Wilcox Steel Mill in both Koppel and Beaver Falls for 33 years as a truck driver. He then worked for Ritter Engineering for 10 years in the janitorial department.
